How we capture.
We use managed API providers, not your platform login.
We never authenticate to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Twitch, or Threads as you. Your accounts are never connected to us.
We capture publicly available content only.
Private accounts and gated content are out of scope at intake. We don't bypass platform privacy.
GDPR erasure is honored.
Subjects can request removal of their captured content. We process those requests within 30 days — full deletion from your workspace and our R2 backups.
