MightyScout doesn't publish an explicit retention policy, but the archive is tied to your subscription. Cancel and you lose access.
We give you a 90-day window after cancellation: export at your own pace, or re-subscribe and pick up where you left off. While you're paying, the archive doesn't expire.
MightyScout sells to brands and agencies. We just sell to agencies.
MightyScout's positioning is "Built for Brands & Agencies" — a dual sales motion that requires features for the brand side (Shopify integration, brand asset management, product shipping workflows).
We don't have brand customers and we don't try to. The product is built around the agency workflow: campaign tracking, recap-deck inputs, deliverable verification, multi-client switching.

- Support reputation. Multiple reviews call out their team's responsiveness. We have to earn that bar.
- Discovery and CRM features. If you actively need these, MightyScout's are real. We don't have them.
