Story Story keeps your archive for 3 months. We keep it forever.
Story Story's entry tier ($29/mo) retains captured content for 3 months. Their Growth tier ($79/mo) is also 3 months. You need their Business tier ($149/mo) to get a year. Their top Enterprise tier ($799/mo) goes to 36 months.
In agency work, three months is often the window between a campaign and the recap. We don't expire your archive at any tier.
If your work has any compliance, recap, or revisit dimension beyond a quarter, that retention cap matters.
Six platforms. One workspace.
Story Story covers Instagram and TikTok. We cover Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and Threads.
If your client's influencer is on YouTube or Twitch, Story Story doesn't capture there. You'd be back to screenshots for those platforms, or paying for a second tool.
Everything lands in one workspace either way — you just get more of it.
Unlimited team seats. Always.
Story Story's pricing doesn't mention team seats.
We position on this explicitly: every plan includes unlimited workspace seats. Whether you're a 5-person agency or a 50-person agency, the workspace cost is the same. You scale on influencer-account count, not on team size.
Where Story Story has the edge.
- They're in market today. We're pre-launch. They have a working product; we have a waitlist.
- Their hero copy is good. "You have better things to do than screenshotting stories" is a line worth respecting.
- Their pricing page is published end-to-end. Ours is planned but not yet live.
If you need a working capture tool today and a 3–12 month retention window fits your workflow, Story Story is a reasonable choice. If retention duration, platform breadth, or team workspaces matter, the waitlist is below.
